I originally thought the same but upon googling the original link which is in twitter form I found they are on twitter and have their own website for digital magazines and it seems legit to me.
Here are my google results for you to check. HTH. Also when i filled the form I was just taken to their official website and told i would recieve my issues. But i'm no expert.
