i want a 15/17 inch lcd tv

as per header want to buy one of these on behalf of a friend that has just moved into her flat, she obviously doenst have much to spend but I've been looking around and 15'' seems to be about 250.00 but i dont know if there anygood, are there any specific things i need to be looking out for, and anyplace you reccomend i go to look at, preferably online please.

i know its slightly over budget but i got one of these not long ago and m really pleased with it. Its cheaper than some 15" ones ive seen and its a good brand too.

B&Q have just started selling LCD's - I'm after a the 20" which is good value but I believe the 15" is around £185.
