Ideas for an orchard full of apples

It looks like its going to be a bumper apple year. We moved into a house 3 years ago with an orchard of 'mini' apple (cookers & eaters) trees, plus one pear, plus 1 full size Bramley apple tree. I try and store what we can, but not terribly successfully plus I don't have lots of freezer room. They're popular with my 2 and a half year old twins though and various apple combinations were great when they were weaning. Does anyone have any other ideas? Does anyone sell their surplus? Just a sign on the road or something? With an honesty box or something? I'm sure the previous retired occupants said something about selling them for cider but I've no idea how you go about that. Any ideas that might bring a little extra cash in would be gratefully received! Thanks.
