How many coupons will a SS machine take before alerting a supervisor? Is it the number of coupons or a percentage of your total shopping?

It is % of shopping, and it depends what they have been set to.

Some bleep after 1 moc some at 25% some at 50%

Most SS machines are set specific to the store. The only way you can find out is by testing it

Ours seem to beep randomly so again I pick my person - there are a couple of SAs who are great on the SS tills but most won't let much through without checking them all. I don't use them very often for that reason.

I shopped in Asda on Saturday afternoon , got a total of 15 items ( about 5 were reduced stuff)
for £5-37.Used my £3-98 coupon for Omega 3 kids pastilles (which have been hanging on to for ages to use !) and paid a total of £1-39 for 2 bags worth.Felt a bit nervous as CS were hanging about the SS !!
Remembered that as long as they stock the item , you can use the coupon .:j :j
