Credit History and Applying for Remortgage

Hi, I am due to apply for a remortgage at the end of the year. I just realised on friday that I went £2 over my overdraft limit, although i transferred money in from the savings the same day I have been told I will be charged for going over. My main concern is will this affect my credit history for applying for a remortgage. This is my only ever charge and I have never gone over the limit of anything before.
thanks
thanks

This will not have a major impact on your credit history but I strongly recommend that you put in place an overdraft facility that will ensure you are not effected again.
Please note that if you are due to re-mortgage at the end of the year you may be able to secure a mortgage rate now in case interest rates continue to rise over the coming months.
Kind regards,

Thanks, it was a total oversight on my part, i am on maternity leave so kept back wages in savings when I was getting full pay and am now meant to be transferring it back out to cover me now I am on no pay but forgot.
I am currently with Halifax but they told me they cant secure a deal until 3 months before but they said rates are more likely to come down and house prices are stable in the area i am in. I was worried that by waiting house prices may fall making it harder to get a mortgage as the LTV would increase.0
