Debts and O/D

I have a dilema (another one)
I have recently had my account upgraded to a student account with a £1250 O/D.
For the past year or two I have been paying my debts on a monthly basis at £5.:D
My debts now come to about £400. Now, I could carry on paying them at £5 pcm for the next 12-18 months or I could use my newly acquired O/D and get rid of them altogether.
What should I do for the best? Please advice me.
TIA
