You will have to find similar properties in your location and check their band to compare.

i tryed that but couldnt find any of my neighboring houses! should i just ring my local council?0

You could ring the council and say that you are thinking of buying/renting one of the flats and want to know what the band is.
Usually when a house is split int o self contained flats then someone from the valuation office visits and allocates a band to each flat.
In our case, a Band C house split into 3 flats, each flat then became Band A.
What band are you in, this will be shown on your council tax bill.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -
