1)Make sure you use your own bags for extra points if instore buying. If online, you can request no bags and extra points are rewarded.
2)Apply for a clubcard in partners name and then you will have 2 lots of mailings (with complimentary incentive rewards) every 3 months.
3)Also apply for all the reward clubs, healthy living, wine etc, in both names and then you will get double the offers too!:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

When I use the self scan, and I'm not in a rush, I divide my shopping into 2 transaction and each time I say I am re-using my bags.
So if I am re-using two bags, I do two transactions and both times I say I re-using two bags.

i haven't tried it so i can't vouch for it - some people say they got them, others not, so it might be worth a try for you.
