Questions about tutoring

I'm thinking about earning some extra money by tutoring French to secondary school children and maybe teaching basic French to small groups of younger children.
Does anyone know how to get hold of the French syllabus for Scotland? How much do tutors charge per hour?
I would welcome your ideas and advice. Many thanks.

You should have a look at http://www.ltscotland.org.uk/5to14/curricularareas/modernlanguages.asp
which gives you the curriculum syllabus for modern languages and what children should be expected to learn.
As for what tutors charge it seems to vary from £15-25 per hour. It costs £25, i believe, if the tutor is in Edinburgh and less if they live in the outskirts.
Hope this helps!
