you dont want one of these, they are crap.
I bought a cheap cordless iron and it lasted around 10 minutes before we stuck it on ebay... rubbish. It's worth getting a better one as the cheap ones just don't get hot enough, nor do they keep the heat as well... you'll spend ages waiting for the light to go out.
not that I iron of course... that's what the mrs is for
just an opinion though.Hating Hastings Direct!0 -
did you advertise it as rubbish?0

It's up to buyers to do due dillligence and work out whether the product is suitable for them.
Clearly you get less sales service (before and after) with ebay and buyers should know there is a risk there.
One mans rubbish is another mans gem.0 -
"Buy this amazing cordless iron and you wont go wrong.
This iron is probably the greatest thing ever sold... ever!
Buy it now and your clothes will love you!"

Sounds like a non-working item was listed. that's not someone's gem. Its rubbish!0 -
Sounds like a non-working item was listed.
That's not the way I interpreted it.it lasted around 10 minutes before we stuck it on ebay
My interpretation of this, was that the person using it got fed up of the performance relative to their expectations within 10 mins
not that it was a non-working item.
Your interpretation is different from mine.

Thanks for your contribution (no idea what you're on about).
My suggestion is to buy with paypal, do proper reserach on the product and the buyer.
If it doesn't work you simply put a claim into paypal.
If you don't like it because it doesn't perform to your expectations but works as the manufacturer intended then tough.
Nothing wrong with selling an item that works as the manufacturer intended but you don't personally like very much.0
