Thanks to all with the sensible replies! I have now contacted our mortgage company who are happy to lend us the money! We will definitely be doing alot research on the parks and their 'actual' income.0

Try the ecology bs-we have a timber house and a mortgage with them although not totally sure they lend on second homes.0
