Photos took 2 hours to upload and then said it hadn't worked. Does it normally take this long ??? (I'm rubbish at I.T., btw).

I uploaded 100 at once and it took 40 mins. I think it depends how fast your connection is etc.

We ordered Sunday and they arrived today in a cute little box. I almost don't want to put them into the photo album now as they would store so neatly in the boxes!!!

Really really impressed with photobox and they will now be my first stop before Boots anytime!!!

I used this offer a few days ago and I must say that whilst I was very VERY impressed with not only the speed but the quality of photos, be warned because I received as one of my boxes, someone else's photos... so half my order was missing

Photobox instantly put my order through again when I phoned them, but just a warning if anyone is very sensitive over their photos that it happens.. I'm assuming they are overloaded with photos at the moment and that's how it happens and its not putting me off purely from the quality of print (plus like Lucy, i LOVE the boxes!) but thought some of you might like to know!

Anything for existing users? I got the free collage from them before and it's great quality. Would reccomend.

Just sign up with a different email address. I've had the collages too!:j

It's probably because your pics are too big. Try resizing them-that should do it!
Or try doing a few at a time

Not all of mine uploaded instantly - there was a message that I should log back in 30 minutes later and they would be visible.

They were.

Job done - 100 pics ordered and an email to show they are now despatched.
