1. Entry is free. This promotion is valid till September 30th, 2008. Registrations after this date will be excluded from this promotion.
Entries must be submitted online by completing the sign-up form on the Hometime Scotland website. Incorrect, fraudulent, or incomplete entries will be disqualified. The promoter accepts no responsibility for submissions that are not received by the promoter.
Your entry into the promotions is your acceptance of these terms. This competition is promoted by Shelter Scotland.
2. The promotion is open to UK residents only. Employees of Shelter Scotland and their families are not permitted to enter the competition. One entry per person.
3. The prize is an iPod Touch (8GB). The prize is non-transferable and Shelter Scotland reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
4. Participants need to register to win the iPod Touch (8GB). The winner will be picked at random from all entries received in accordance with the terms listed. By entering the draw the winner agrees to allow the free use of their name and general location for publicity and news purposes in connection with the Promotion.
5. The winner will be notified by email or phone no later than October 31st 2008. If the winner cannot be contacted before this time Shelter Scotland reserves the right to re-draw a winner from the correct entries in accordance with these terms. Shelter Scotland decision as to who qualifies as the winner is final and will not enter into any correspondence relating to the winning entry.
6. Shelter Scotland excludes all liability, so far as is permitted by law, which may arise in connection with this survey and draw and reserves the right to cancel the draw at any stage.
7. Any dispute relating to this competition shall be subject to the laws of Scotland and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scotland Courts.
