This pretty town is set right on its own beach. Nothing unusual about that, execpt that it sits at an altitude of some 3,800m. It's also famous for its hill, lined with monuments representing the Stations of the Cross, which in August attract thousands of pilgrims. However, it's still not nearly as famous as its sandy namesake. Name the town.
