hiya i am hoping all you lovely ladies will help me to make a meal plan out of all this please need to do a really cheap shop ???

4 cheese and onion slices
small frozen lasanya
5 fish in butter sauce
12 burgers
50 small sasage rolls (party ones)
cassarole beef
2 pizzas
lamb chops x3
chicken fillets x2
frying steake
porkloin joint x2

11/2 bag frozen veg
frozen brocalie
sweencorn frozen
a few carrots
mixed peppers
onion rings
chopped onions
a few roast pots
1/2 bag rice
a few curly fries
a few weges
1/2 bag chips
2 loafs of bread


4 tins of tuna
mushey peas x3
4x tinns of soup
creamed rice pudding
custardx2
hoops and sasage
beans
mayo
bakeing stuff
pasta
spaggetti
thai gree curry
dopiaza
treacal
bolagnase saucse
counry soap mix
beef gravey
chic gravey
long grain rice
2 pasta and sauces

any suggestions welcome we are a famiely of 2 adults and 3 bouncing boys

    Hi there

    I can see:-
    1. tuna pasta bake
    2. sausage casserole -using baby sausages
    3. or toad in the hole -using baby sausages
    4. chicken wraps -torilla wraps are really quick, cheap and easy to make -the recipe is on here but i can post it you again if you like. Using the 2 chicken breast and whatever veggies the boys will eat
    5. pizza n curly fries
    6. roast pork dinner
    7. beef casserole
    8. some kind of chinese marinated pork -using the other joint -with noodles or rice
    Its a start -but you will get loads more ideas im sure:D

    I'd do -

    1) burgers, mushy peas, gravy and oven chips/curly fries/wedges
    2) fish in butter sauce on a bed of rice with mixed veg chopped in to it
    3) casserole beef curry (if you have a slow cooker to tenderise the meat) with either the thai green or the dopiaze
    4) chicken pasta bake
    5) Pork kebabs with one of the joints
    6) Roast pork with the other
    7) Use up night with the pizzas/sausage rolls/pasties/veggie kebabs or crudites etc

    use up nights are ace for larger families, just cook stuff that isn't enough to make a meal out of and plonk it in the middle of the table.
    Weight loss to date - 8st 13lbs :j
