We want to make browsing this site exiting fun and different so all our visitors are entered into our Prize Draw.

1. All visitors to the site who sign up for an account either free or a paid business account, will be entered in the prize draw. Each friend referral, done by a registered member of Dizcover, will entitle the sender of the referral to an additional entry in the prize draw. Please note the refer a friend button can be found on your 'My Account' page. By entering the competition, the winners consent to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion and for their names to be used for publicity purposes in printed and/or online formats. Please note: For a chance to an additional entry the referral must have been successful

2. Winners of the free prize draw will be selected in a manner that ensures fair application of the laws of chance. The winners will be randomly selected, by an independent adjudicator, from all entries received, as soon as possible after the closing date of November 1st 2008. Winners will be notified within 2 weeks of the draw taking place.

3. The Prizes

The following prizes will be drawn:

1. The first prize consists of a 1 night Spa and Leisure break for 2 people at Belton Woods Hotel * near Grantham. The prize includes full use of Leisure club facilities, overnight accommodation, full English breakfast and dinner. It must be taken between within 6 months of the draw, subject to availability, excluding Christmas and Bank Holidays.
2. 30 individual prizes of a Neoprene laptop sleeve will be awarded to the subsequent randomly selected winners of the draw.
4. Force Majeur and Changes in Circumstances.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value. No cash alternatives to the prizes will be offered or made available.
5. Variation and Changes to these Terms and Conditions

The Promoter, in this case Dizcover.co.uk, reserves the right to amend any and all details of this Prize Draw at any time, including these Terms and Conditions, should this be deemed necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances. Should any change to the Terms and Conditions be made, this will be indicated at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions. Events may occur that render the draw itself, or awarding the prize, impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Dizcover.co.uk and the customer agrees that no liability shall be attached to the promoter as a result thereof.
6. Law and jurisdiction

This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
