Help with pickled onions please

no asian supermarkets around here. shame. used to get lots from a chinese supermarket where i used to be. however. will bite the bullet and use the small onions to pickle, peel the others to size, and use the left over bits in something else. maybe in some mustard pickle. cant believe all that i made went down so fast.0
