You'd be better off asking your pharmacist for Hypromellose drops, as these are likely to work out to be less expensive. These contain the same active ingredient as the 'super moisturiser' you've mentioned above i.e. hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Incidentally, it's also the same agent marketed as 'Natural Tears' or 'artificial tears' that you also mention.
Don't forget to ask the pharmacist to check what preservatives have been added before you buy!0 -
The recommended break is ten minutes in every hour - it doesn't have to be a fag break, you can go and do some filing or whatever is appropriate. Your employer should provide a workstation assessment as a legal requirement so you could ask Personnel to organise that.0

The observed relationship between indoor minus outdoor CO(2) concentrations and mucous membrane and lower respiratory symptoms suggests that air contaminants are implicated in the etiology of building related symptoms. Levels of indoor air pollutants that are suspected to cause building related symptoms could be reduced by increasing ventilation rates, improving ventilation effectiveness, or reducing sources of indoor air pollutants, if known.[/url]My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program
