Debts appearing after bankruptcy from before it?

Hi,
I am a discharged bankrupt. However, I have recently received a payment demand for a mobile phone that I had 3 or 4 years ago.
I am sure I paid this (although it was late) and believe it was to a debt collection agency. I remember the call vividly and can remember exactly where I was and that I was on a lunch break when I made the call / payment.
However, I can not remember if I paid by one of the two bank accounts, or my credit card, or the exact date (I have no statements).
The envelope contained 2 letters, one from the mobile network stating the debt was passed to a dept collection agency only THIS MONTH and the other from the agency demanding payment at the end of the month (which I cannot afford).
Firstly I thought it was strange as this debt (if I did owe it) would have been 3 / 4 years old now with no previous requests for money, and that two different letters from two different companies seem to have come together in one envelope.
Anyway, my question is this...
If I have been declared bankrupt and discharged, then made aware of debt that I didnt know I had from before I was made bankrupt (now after I am discharged) would this have been cleared in the bankruptcy?
Im just not sure what I am supposed to do. Has anyone got any advice?
Thanks in advance

Yep! this falls into your BR
. Some pond life buy up what they can for pennies in the hope they can get people who don't know the rules to pay up.
Either send a copy of your BR order recorded delivery to the DCA or send it to the OR and ask him to deal with it.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0 -
Thank you very much for the info
Now sorry for sounding stupid, but what is the DCA?
So I can send the debt letter to the OR even after being discharged and they will deal with it?
Also, is there something officially written on the matter in which I can refer to at all?
Its just I have found it hard finding anything.
Thanks Again :j0 -
Not the information I was looking for but I have a screaming baby I have to deal with. But hope it will help for the moment.
