Hi,
Not posted before, but can I pick your brains.
If you are a discharged bankrupt but still in an IPA/IPO, at what point would it be deemed that your circumstances have changed.
On the date of: the persons death, application for Probate or when the estate is distributed?
Many thanks

Hi Teresa and welcome. I don't really know the answer though. How much longer do you have for your IPA?

It's based on the person's date of death0

Its not me and I don't know the detail.
The whoe thing is a bit complex and emotional, which doesn't help keep things in perspective.
