Terms and conditions

1. Entries for the competition must be received prior to 17th October 2008 midnight. MDLF cannot accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or modified in transit. The prize draw will take place on 20th October 2008.

2. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees of MDLF and its partners, and persons directly involved in the administration of the prize draw are not permitted to enter.

3. No purchase is necessary. Entries for the competition must be received by the date stated. MDLF and its partners cannot accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or modified in transit.

4. Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per household.

5. MDLF and its partners reserve the right to suspend, change or terminate the prize draw at any time and for any reason, without notice. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules. Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable and there is no cash alternative. There will be no refund in the event of cancellation by the client. Prizes are subject to availability and are to be taken as described here above.

6. All correct and complete entries will be entered into the prize draw, which will take place on the dates stated. Prizes are not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

7. The prizes will be awarded to the first three names drawn at random from all complete entries received for the competition. The winners will be notified by e-mail within 28 days. The judges’ decision will be final. MDLF and its partners will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the prize draw. The decision of MDLF and its partners shall be final and legally binding.

8. The winners will be responsible for insurance and making the necessary health checks.

9. MDLF and its partners will not be liable for any circumstances beyond their reasonable control that prevent a prize being taken up by winners.

10. By entering this promotion, entrants are agreeing to abide by these rules and any conditions.
