Claiming a portion of your mortgage for working from home

I have my own business, and I do a bit of work from home.
I have a room set aside in the house solely for this.
What are the rules etc for claiming a portion of your mortgage as a business expense?

The rules specifically prohibit any claim for home mortgage or mortgage interest, sorry. You can claim a reasonable proportion for utilities etc though. There was quite a long discussion about this a few weeks ago, perhaps you could do a search to try to find it as it did contain lots of information, links etc.0
