How long were you comping before you won something?

:hello: I'm new to the comping board - only been doing it for 3 or 4 days

I just wondered how long it was before you other compers won your first prize ???

The 'Not won anything' section is a bit unclear... because people could have been doing it less than a month.. or for 12.. if you see what I mean

I expect to win a prize this month.. I have been comping 13 days 'full time'

I won a prize in the same week I started properly comping on this site! so it can happen any time

Won my first prize a couple of weeks after starting on here, that was an instant win lippie from virgin vie. Still waiting for the first 'proper' one though.

My advice is to just enjoy it, share the love and enjoy other people's wins on here and your own will surely follow. Don't get hung up on the prizes, after all it costs you nothing to enter and you're 100% more likely to win than someone who didn't enter!

I am a believer in karma too, you get what you give If your contribution to this earth is positive then you invite positivity into your life, and remember the rule of three - what you send out returns to you threefold whether good or bad.

I won something without even really comping, I received a large parcel one day which was full of Dora bedroom set it was just a one off comp i had done one day on the citv website my 3 year old daughter was over the moon since then i have been comping non stop i have just won a pushchair which is also great as i am due a baby 11th sept and received a letter the other day to say i have won £250 with real people magazine.

Well I have been viewing these super boards for approx 8 month but never posted (sorry a bit rude of me isnt it ) until now and decided to join in the fun , However I have been entering all the comps listed on the site for 6 months and still not won anything.

My first win was a Selfridges £50 voucher, c/o Samsung. I never did find the comp, but it arrived about 3 weeks after I started comping.

My first win on here was 2 VIP tickets to o2 Wireless, and that was within the first week of comping. Before that I had generally won just competitions for gigs/shows/festivals as I had a habit of entering them.

That said, since I'd won a few things in July, my wins have slowed down, as has my entering lol. But I'll be getting back into it more this week!
