Hi All :hello: :hello:
We are finally getting our kitchen revamped and am hoping for a little advice from all the experts on this forum.
Thanks to you guys I know that an induction hob is the way to go. Has anybody else here got a full hob? Do you recommend it? What is the difference between the cheaper ones and the more pricey ones...... there does seem to be a HUGE difference.
I am thinking of going for an electric dbl oven......... any idea which. I want 'good' but as we are hoping to move (to our idyllic little paradise in the country with chickens and huge veggie plot blah de blah) sometime in the near future, I don't want to get the priciest.
We are thinking about 3 -4k for appliances (hob, oven, (current gas cooker is soooo tatty, bought sh about 12 years ago),dishwasher (never had one before), fridge freezer (ours leaks - big yanky one would be nice)).
We are then hoping about the same for the units...????
Then we have a friend
who will fit it for us. We need new flooring too (current lino been there forever) ceiling needs replastering... new lights...
I'm getting scared now

In our last house we had a ceramic hob with two induction 'rings'. We used those all the time EXCEPT when we used our coffee pot, pressure cooker or mega-sized-pan that we used for deep frying. Our other pans are either cast iron or Le Creuset so they were fine on induction but we did need the non-induction rings sometimes.0
