I noticed this offer on the Timeout site:

It's 2 for 1 flights to New York, Washington or Boston. You have to buy a recent Timeout guide (about £9 on Amazon), fill in the form in the back of the book, send it off with your receipt and they'll apparently send you details on how to book. It's valid from now until April next year, and then again from Nov. '06 to Apr. '07. Anyway, it's all there under the link above.
