a really quick reply received from icantgo@seefilmfirst.com and she attached the ticket as a word doc which printed out fine! Roll on next week when I get to see the film! Thanks again for everyones help.

I also had a problem but it printed OK when I (in theory) selected THE TEXT ONLY !!

Selecting nothing or all of it printed just the outer border.
Selecting the picture printed the border and the picture.

Selecting the text and it printed fine. (although I seem to remember when I selected the text the picture was included by default)
