in It's gone, but was it any good?
if anyone is looking for a v cheap pc with a one year warranty head over to bigpockets.

I recommended it to my friend after seeing it on the website she had delivery today and is delighted.

    I would recommend upgrading the memory to 1GB at least as 512MB under Vista will make it run like a sloth.

    My eldery aunt is after a new PC and only really needs it for internet access, would this be a good buy?

    Not really as you need to upgrade the memory to actually run Vista - 1 Gig would be workable but 2G recommended.

    Also no monitor.

    Add both those to the cost and you are probably better off getting one from Dell.
    They promised the earth...and delivered mud. Technically though it did meet the spec.
