Fruit punch for wedding barn dance

I'm getting married next month and having a barn dance in the evening. We're on a tight budget and are not having alcohol at the venue. A friend suggested we could make up large quantities of fruit punch for the evening dance and serve it in large containers (he suggested dustbins, but I think I'd rather look for something a bit nicer!), rather than have lots of different bottles of drink etc. knocking around. We'll probably have about 120 people there.

Has anyone got an economical recipe that wouldn't be difficult/time-consuming to prepare? (My fiance is allergic to orange, so I'd rather exclude that.)
What would you use to serve the drink (other than a dustbin!!)?

I hope someone can help.

Thanks in anticipation

I would see if I could get some ice buckets (borrow them if you can). It depends on whether or not you want alcoholic or non-alcoholic.

An easy fruit punch is a mix of sangria and fruit you can omit the oranges.

For the alcohol free why not serve elderflower cordial with lemonade? Its nice and refreshing.
