my local lakeland had sold out of these!
would I be able to use a normal muffin tin? has anyone got the recipe?

Had to go to Lakeland and have a look at what you meant. I googled for a recipe and found one on the Good Food website - sorry can't do a link. They look yummy I'm sure an ordinary muffin tin or even a bun tin would be perfect.0

Grr my internet is playing up and won't let me look at many of the links that google found but they seem to be made of ground almonds. Sounds delicious. I am in a muffin baking craze at the moment so might try some of these next week as I don't have ground almonds in.0
