  • I just thought I'd bump this up. I've just had a really quick look, and first thin that I noticed was chicken lasagne, but I'm sure others will come along and tell you how to eke it out to last at least a month, if not 3.

-Ham, Mushroom and pea Pasta made with tinned mushrooms, ham, peas and white sauce mix. garlic bread
    -Tomato soup with potato bread
-battered cod with waffles and peas
-spaghetti with meatballs (add a little chopped tinned tomatoes to make the sauce more tomatoey and dress up with some herbs. garlic bread
-Make some breadcrumbs, add some herbs, melt a little butter and mix together, add a cheese slice onto a chicken breast, then top with herby breadcrumbs and cook in the oven for 20 minutes. Then serve with sprouts and chips
-Use sliced meats in sandwiches for daytime snacks with bread
-Put defrosted drumsticks in a bowl with a marinade of herbs, olive oil, little juice from grapefruit. Cook under grill.
-Place tortilla wraps in a non-stick frying pan, top with a couple of slices of cheese, a little chopped onion and tomato. Allow cheese to melt and serve immediately folded in half
    -Fish fingers chips and peas
-Spaghetti bolognaise using mince, onion, tinned toms, herbs and pasta/spaghetti.
    -Sausage and chips
