in Debt-free wannabe
hi can anyone tell me if they have had any dealings with Debt Litigation and Recovery Services LTD baced in Birmingham .They have recieved instructions to initiate formal debt proceedings on my Marbles card . Who are they ?. i have had nothing from marbles telling me they are taking over my debt .Thanks for your help.

    sorry but can anyone tell me if they are the in house collections for hfc/ marbles ? GETTING VERY WORRIED WITH WHAT I SHOULD DO THANKS

    A quick search via Google seems to suggest that they only collect on HFC related debts.

    I can't find a listing in their own name at companies house or the data protection public register either.

    So I would lay odds that they are just HFC operating under a scary name.
