Just got this email from them about the missing perfume....
we have contacted the beauty brand that is supposed to be sending out this prize again on your behalf, and they have just told us that there was a mix-up in their delivery house and they are sending out replacement fragrances to all winners in the next few days. They apologised sincerely for any inconvenience caused.

They sent out the Ana Sui fragrances wrongly, I think they sent them to the same mailing list as for the Christina fragrances. Everyone who won the Christina frangrance got both and people who won the Ana Sui and not the Christina didnt get any.
So they have looked into it and are sending out the missing Ana Sui.0 -
ive emailed pheobe 4 times about my hugo boss no reply yet. does anyone have her number0

You know what, that makes me so mad! :mad: I contacted them about that problem and as far as they were concerned it wasn't a problem. This was their reply:
the beauty brand has received the list of winners from us so they would not send prizes to people who had not won. They have advised us that they have experienced some problems with stock and this is why all the prizes have not yet been sent out.
