But   at the Scottish stats!!

78.3% up on the second quarter last year. And 1,709 out of 2,853 sequestrations are Low Income Low Asset cases (LILA). And the people on here who have done LILA have found that it takes a few weeks to do.

I believe that the rise in Sottish 'bankruptcies' reflects, at least in part, the recent changes in Scottish bankruptcy/sequestration law - making the 'proces' much more similar to that in Enland and Wales.
I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Well any decrease is good. Though I have to agree with prices going up on everything, its going to lead to increases soon. My bet is around the begining of 2009 it'll go through the roof.
