Hi guys
Recieved my paper work today from the OR, i was expecting another expenditure sheet to be enclosed as the one with my statement of affairs is very basic compared to the cccs expenditure sheet?
Any ideas?
Do i just use the cccs one in my interview?
I am going to post this so you guys can have a look and put me right.
Cheers gang

If they haven't sent another I&E sheet they'll use the one on your forms for the interview, alot of OR offices do. It's another one of those things that varies depending on which OR office you're going through.
You should have put all your expenditure on your SoA, what did you miss off?Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
The only stuff that went on there was gas, water, food, insurance, no where near half the things that were on my cccs sheet, i actually enclosed my cccs sheet because of what little information they were requesting.??
Thanks Peach0 -
Yes but where CCCS(and other DMP)only allow say £100 hk,bc allows £170 pp ect ect. So you don't need to put down for newspapers, entertainment ect. It all equals itself out.Just post it here and we can put you straight.DFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

Can you put both on here. There will be things on the CCCS one that won't be allowed in BR, and also the allowances could be a bit low.
I think the best thing you can do is tell the OR at the start of the interview that you haven't submitted your whole I&E and take it from there.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
