I have had a good run of NSDs for the last week or so, and am on track for the NSD challenge, but because I need petrol in the car I won't be able to add another one in today! But at least it is making me think about what I am spending and when, so I suppose it is doing the required job!

The sun is shining here too - don't forget your sunscreen when you go out!

Morning Hypno and the coffee-club-gang :hello:

Well I took a day off MSE- board yesterday - I was spending SO much time on here, mostly catching up on diaries. :o And when I return I find Pania's new diary is page 4, and Hypnos has raced ahead, then I've still got to catch up on Snaggles, Seawyn. Taxi., MOT's Obe and probably a dozen more. And the new ones There must be a balance to this :D :rotfl: I've got to the point where I'm reading, & thanking but just don't have time to post.

I made refrigerator cake and used some aged muesli in it - brilliant. DS1 & gf weren't interested  but it's going to substitute for my KitKats this week as I've joined Pap & Mozzies challenge. So I wanted to say thank you to whoever posted the recipe :D
    (about 12 pages back?)

I'm going to the OS board to find a recipe for Weetabix cake -we cleaned out the cereals, 2007 Weetabix should be about ready now? I don't want to become a cereal-killer. :rotfl:

Morning OO!! See what happens when you are away for a day  - you know it just makes sense to set up residency here and not budge :D

That refridgerator cake does sound good - I really need to make some yummies for lunches to stop any sweet cravings that might result in spoiling NSDs. I don't really want to go down the route of buying multipacks of chocolate because that is just adding to the shopping bill unnecessarily. Last year I made a batch of carrot muffins that were very successful and froze really well too. I just need to get myself sorted!! Simple, hey!

70% choc is my fave - in fact the darker the better!

I would much prefer a bar of green and blacks to a bar of dairy milk or galaxy any day :D

Snap - I only like dark chocolate.

Just to make you sweet-toothed ladies jealous, I am going over to my mum's today to clear every item containing sugar out of her larder. My dad has been diagnosed as diabetic and my mum is on a diet, so I've kindly offered to help them out by removing all the cereal and biscuits from the house.

Ooh, seaxwyn, sometimes it is tough helping people out isn't it :D OH brought home some chocolate ice cream (cadburys flake) from his friends last night because they decided it was too rich for them.......shame

Millie, the darkness of the chocolate bears no relation to the amount you eat. anyone who reckons they can get away with eating "just one square of dark chocolate" to satisfy their chocolate pangs obviously doesn't have the same pangs that I do :rotfl:

Do you think they really found it too rich? Perhaps they are secret MSE readers and wanted to help with your must-eat-chocolate-every-day mission.
