  • Then again I like the idea of her wearing a cap with a jaffa cake attatched to a rod just out of reach so she 'runs after it'...

    Might be a good incentive!
 Debt Free since July 2011 and it feels good!

Now it's all about finding a deposit for a house!

How do you amass £70k in a year?!

I did my run - while the children were at karate, so I had to wait about for them to finish (while I got my breath back!!)

I ran 2.8 miles.......well, I say "ran" but I jogged most of it and walked some of it. It took me 35 minutes which included a stop at Panias house on the way past for a glass of water and to prove, as I stood dripping sweat on her doorstep, that I had actually been for the run as I said I would :D

So, I am very pleased with myself. I have made a start, and what's more I did it on my own - self motivated!!! I think I am more impressed with the fact I didn't cop out of it, as much as anything else!!

Pania is coming for a run with me tomorrow evening (if I am still walking at that point!).

Oh, and I had a NSD too!!!

I think you're looking trimmer and fitter already. :D

You get a whole lot of jumpy facey things!

Well congrats for going so far! I would make it a mile then collapse! I'm more a hill climber if my use of a cross trainer and treadmill are anything to go by!

Now we just need Pania to have taken a photo and that can be the cruel icing on the cake! :p

No I'm kidding! Lets the good feeling hormones flow through your body! :T

I got home to discover that the student had made blueberry muffins.....just out of the oven.

It would have been rude to have refused
