Please dont shoot me! If you buiy these magazines normally, this is still a freebie, if not, it still saves you around £8.
I have only tracked this down to one WH smiths store at London Waterloo station. Though when they have done this in the past with things like Clarins moisturiser back in 2005, it was in all the WHS stores which are at main stations, though I checked London Victoria on my way home and there was no offer there.
The deal is, you buy Now magazine or Look magazine and you get a free condtioner by TIGI, there are two available, one for volume, one for hair repair.
Both are worth over £9 apparently, so the cost of the magazines being around £1.40 you will save something- if your anything like me, this will be a great 'freebie' for you, though you need to buy the magazine, its not 100% free but I think in this case, the freebie greatly outweighs the cost of the magazine!
To the moderators: Please dont delete this straight away, it could be of some use to someone!

They were giving away that conditioner a couple of months ago with Marie Clare and also with the same magazine they were giving away coconut moisturiser from Body Shop. Maybe they just had some leftover conditioner and thats why it wasn't in all WH Smiths!
