Bread Maker instruction manuals!!

I've recently got a Russell Hobbs Breadman Pro (make number 10008) via FreeCycle but it doesn't have an instruction manual and I can't find one on the internet. 
Instruction manual websites are making my browser crash too :mad:
Does anyone know where I can find an instruction manual or does anyone have this bread maker who can give me a basic recipe and a few pointers!!
