Martin,
I know it's your website and everything but there's a time and a place for potty mouth (and potty finger)... it's the MSE Arms! :rotfl:
:T :T :T
Genius, though! Any chance of a Martin's Finger smilie?

Just keep being yourself. I tend to prefer reading up on stuff here in a more "evaluating" fashion than the soundbites.. but that's what other's need.. you're definately having an influence as I regularly will get a text from my wife reminding me of what you've said! What goes around - comes around

*LOL* I saw it at the time and had a bit of a chuckle. I've always understood that finger to mean "up yours" though. Two fingers (the peace sign round the other way) is eff off... isn't it?"...And if it don't feel good, what are you doing it for?" - Robbie Williams - 'Candy'0

I had to watch it twice to spot it though -it was that quick. Don't think many people would have noticed if Martin himself hadn't pointed it out. I was more interested in the chat - was a great spot/interview - very clear I thought. Passionate without being over the top Martin - IYKWIM. Fab stuff.Making my money go further with MSE :j

Martin, the use of the middle finger does not offend me at all, however if you were to use the British. two-finger salute...
(By the way, shouldn't Martin Lewis' in the top banner be Martin Lewis's?).0 -

Martin Lewis' is the singular, Martin Lewis's is plural. Think that's right, long time since I went to school
There's only one Martin Lewis on here afaik!
Fantastic clip, Martin's face was a picture :rotfl:and i agree about :money: needing to be updated!0 -
No - both Lewis' and Lewis's are singular and both are correct. If a singular noun (proper or otherwise) ends in an s and you wish to add a possessive apostrophe, you can choose whether or not to place another s after the apostrophe.
As a point of interest, the plural of Lewis is Lewises, thus a website belonging to more than one Martin Lewis would be Martin Lewises' MoneySavingExpert.comMartin Lewis' is the singular, Martin Lewis's is plural. Think that's right, long time since I went to school
