few question regarding my upcomming OR meeting

i have my OR meeting next week and i just received the form to fill in fro this phone interview ....

however they ask me to send the following :

- my last 3 wages slip : i started work 2 month agos so only have 2 and theyr are with the county court as i asked a refund for the county fee BR fee i told them or wait the interview to mention it ?

- all bank and credit card statement from the last 12 month : well some are older than 12 month and were with a DCA so stuck with that should include previous statement ? some of the bank accounts were internet one and i did not have any statement to show , how should i go about this as to print it them out will be too expensive for me! what should i do ?

- bank and credit card still held: no problem with that however do i have to include the card i am using for the moment to purchase food etc.. and the OR has no interest on i stiill cut in half and include in ti ? as by doing that it wil be difficult to withddraw my wages

- oh i will be becoming a mature student, full time, in september if i do not defer until next year should i inform the Or on my interview or after ?

wouldnt worry about any missing statements the OR can easily get anything thats missing he/she needs.....tell them about your wage slips they'll probably contact the court for copies

whats the bank card you are using now? is it a basic account? if it is you'll still have to let the OR know just in case they "do" take an interest so i'd hold off cutting that one up

Any changes in your circumstances while undischarged your oblidged to inform the OR

the bank card iam using is a basci account which is in credit on the day i filed for BR i had a quick talk with the Or which told me he has no interest in it . i think imay just give him a phone call . thanks again

well if they've said that account is fine and they've no interest in it DONT!! cut up the card

you shouldnt have to ring them again......

Tell them, as if surplus on your income (which would then decrease in September) no point setting up an IPA; probably send you a new income/expenditure form to complete after your start at uni

regading my debit card it is from a bank account which is a basic one and was never overdrawn as such it is not included into my bankruptcy as debt .

i just rang the Or not very much inof they told me that if i don;t have any bank statement go to your branckhand requet some which they will cahrge me 5 pounds/sheet too expensive so theytold em to leave it . however they were not too sure what to do with my wage slip missing as they are with the county court!

You shouldnt have to do this going back to ask for bank statements let alone pay for them..and besides your no longer allowed to deal with accounts listed on your BR paperwork thats the ORs job.....just send what you have & they'll have to get the rest they did exactly the same with me....sound to be like the OR's trying to be lazy

exactly my thought i still haven't spoken directly to my OR only through her assistant for the moment ....

another silly question : to send back all the document they belong they have provided a label to stick onto a brown envelop which is by the way far too small to contain all document they ask for, so it wil be enough to send it with that or shall i spen soem money on stamp to cover the weight of the big brown envelopp ?

its up to you.....some members have rang the OR and asked for further envelopes! dont see why you have to pay!!

Will the OR ask for credit agreements for loans etc?

good ppoint romy 22 since i moved out i have lost (well actually stolen by my ex-Landlord but that another story) a lot of document .

when iahd a lot of issue with natwest i ask them a SAR to which they refuse to give me as apparently my signature did not match to the one they have then they couldn't find on their microship or something to that effect etct .. they were playing silly bxxger with me! however i did get the loans so the debt does exists
