Just to let you all know I had an alert today and they are reducing rate tomorrow morning. the intermediary specials are reducing a by 0.30% I think up to 70% on a 3 yr fix to 5.69% Ish!!

    That`s interesting. I have a mortgage with abbey but I can`t get a fixed rate deal until I have 3 months left of the current offer. I will be ringing them end of Aug.
