Wow - I'd have thought closer to 1%.
According to them 8.1% YoY. Looks like we'll definitely have 10% YoY drops by the end of 2008 now. On course for 20% over two years, definitely 'crash' territory.--

I thought the way it works these days is:
1. I complain
2. I get a cheque off someone
I couldn't be bothered to read the small print so surely I can just disregard any contract we entered into.0 -

Almost right. Actually, if you shout loudly enough the government will bail you out with the taxpayers money in some iffy fashion.0
