can I freeze this?

I'm trying to make something interesting that can be a nice packed lunch during the week. I saw this recipe and not sure if I can make the pesto type sauce and freeze as I have plenty of rocket in the fridge. Is it possible to freeze and then take the amount I need for out the night before and mix with fresh pasta in the morning as packed Lunch.

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't freeze, cashwise. I've frozen home made pesto before with no problems, and others here do the same. This looks like a yummy variation, think I might have to try it myself for a packed lunch

Pesto will keep in the fridge for at least a week I should think -it is mostly oil after all.

Thank you both for your thoughts. I also freeze pesto but wasn't sure whether with the lemon it would be ok to do so to this. I wouldn't normally think twice about it but there is another rocket and lemon sauce I have with lamb and they do not recommend freezing.

Will freeze it and see what happens.
