I was in Argos last week, i tried for the Anabelle wardrobe at 25% off (£26.24) but it was out of stock. The girl at checkout ordered one for me as it was showing for collection on Thurs 8th, i had a Kettle in my hand but wanted to take advantage of the £5 voucher offer (for spend over £50), went in today and it was showing £34.99, i asked at desk why it was showing as £34.99 and she said the promotion finished at midnight! (7th)
Asked to speak to the manager but she wouldn't show face, she hid in a room while the girl spoke with her and still refused to give me the 25% off!
I had the original reservation in my hand from way back last week, should i have been granted the 25% off?

To quote Argos on this one "The price you pay is the price in-store on the day" or "you are reserving the product not the price".
It works both ways though - I'm sure you would kick up a huge fuss if you reserved something today at £200 then paid £200 in two days time and the person behind you paid a sale price of £100!

If you're after an old annabel ethnic one, nursery and toys have it for £15:

for some reason they don't have the non-ethnic ones?

Boots have both the Baby Annabels in stock, the older version is £19.99 and the new crying version is £32.99. Both are in the 3 for 2. I picked up one today along with a Polly Pocket Snow Hotel and a Barbie Annalise. £45 for the 3 and I paid for them with Advantage points, there's going to be one very happy little girl in my house on Christmas Day
Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
