A second call from the OR

There I was, trying to have a little nap at 4pm and who should call - yes my OR.

Have you time for another little chat mrs DebS? Felt like saying no - but didn't.

Nearly wet myself instead. Just wanted to know what I did with the loan money. Spent it! No used it to consolidate. But had forgotten about the one account on the SoA. She'd lost £3000 somewhere!

She did not ask about Vicky! :D OK??:D However, I shall now expect a 3rd call eventually regarding my mate!!!:rotfl:

I shall expect it - so won't have a heart attack when she rings. (LOL - just won't answer!!)

Glad to see you took the shock with your customary good humour, Debs! If there's a third call, it'll probably be about something else altogether. I'm starting to think that, unlike us, she might never mention your unusually close relationship with Victoria. Perhaps she's worried it would be indelicate to discuss it?

  • Oh yes, you think its all over and then another call about something. I don't think its anything ominous though, haven't heard anything since the second call, so hopefully no news is good news.

All the best Debs and I admire your wonderful humour enormously.

Most appreciated folks. Your drollness and wit is still in plentiful supply I see.

If the OR rings again, and does ask about my good mate - I thought I might say something like "I assumed that if I shopped there regularly - I would automatically be entitled to shares in the company".:D :D

Morn debs. If the OR rings again just say you were considering a career change at the time. Say you wanted to be a wine taster and it was just research:rotfl:
