well i have just spoken to my broker again as she emailed me to say could i ring her as she has some good news.
she has spoken directly to an underwiter at beacon and he says that as long as you have paid your mortgage within 30 days of the actual due date this is not classed as missed.
she says she has taken his name and recorded the conversation(lol) and says if it is declined she will go back with this as he says the mortgage account will be fine and i meet all the other criteria.
she seems very confident but i still have my doubts untill i get an offer.sealed pot challenge member #9200 -

Best of luck smnb08,
Beacon have limited funding so let us hope you have a speedy completion. Maybe get her to DIP to the Abbey (dependant on the number of searches you already have) anyway. In the nicest possible way your score would have been dented by now.I am a Mortgage Adviser
