    My word! You are all so helpful, thank you very much. Am glad I joined, feel better already.

    I will get the SoA done later tonight and get it up for opinions.

    I am entitled to one months mortgage holiday at this stage, and could use that to pay the majority off my smallest credit card, which is linked to my bank anyway so that would probably be a good move d'you think? Mortgage is currently interest only anyway.

    I've also found out, although haven't made any firm enquiries, that one of the housing associations here offers a mortgage rescue package, so they'd buy house off me and i could rent/buy percentage back.

    Thank you again, i really appreciate all the advice.....
