HI , unfortunately you may need to start a new approach .Have you any records , letters etc proof of payment ? You need to put in a CCA AND NOTICE OF ASSIGNMENT REQUEST . If they do not provide these when a time scale they have committed an offence . You must read other threads about this . Some would say that if they have no CCA it MAY BE POSSIABLE , that you can take them to court to reclaim money paid to them . This is something I am unsure of , but first things first , get the CCA request in .0
