2 yr fixed and on a dmp

hiya we are on a fixed 2 year rate not due to end till march 09 also on a dmp with cccs

I know a bit early but just wanted to see our rate is 5.1% at the moment with natwest

Would i have to stay with natwest due to my dmp just woundering what my options are

    i would imagine that natwest would offer you a new rate anyway and if things are as they are now this is likely to be much better than you would get from a specialist lender.

    They will probably credit check you even if remortgaging (they used to do that when I was there) and once they find the CCJ and it is large and fresh they might keep you on SVR and hope you go elsewhere.

    Natwest are saying that they don't do a new search if you are switching rates with no extra borrowing which is good.
