I dont have too many details but i wanted to get this posted quickly incase it affects anyone here.
UTV news have just done a piece on this online service going bust or someting like that and that local people should not give them any money as they are not providing the service or giving back the money (unless you paid by credit card then your covered by them) Basically its an online service that you make a wedding list with and your friends ect pay for things off it for you.
Im sure someone will clarify the details soon,sorry to be so brief but i really wanted this on here quickly incase it affets you or someone you know...as i would be devastated if it happened to me on my big day!:eek:

I'm absolutely livid about this!
Friend of mine got married in March - their wedding list was with this shower and they have never delivered a single thing! Im so glad someone will be able to get their money back as you will be covered by the cc........hopefully anyone from this website would have used a credit card to insure they are protected when using this type of service,Martins first rule of buying..:money: !

We've a list with them but it's not live yet so we're OK, but we've friends with lots of stuff already bought, lots like ourselves with credit cards, but there are bound to be lots of less technically savvy people who don't even carry CCs who will lose out.
Anyway WrapIt are meant to be announcing something today, and are still hopeful that they won't go into administration. I'm 'hopeful' that I win the lottery this weekend...
